Our behaviours are driven by the need to fit into the societal box of approval today. Our children follow our footsteps, even those who are magically different in their own ways.
Unconditional acceptance and empathy are the two strong winds that can change the educational scenario dispersing growth in this world of change. It is important to constantly endeavour, to be the change by motivating children not to blindly follow the world but listen to their hearts and harvest their talent from within thus leading them to follow their pathway of life with perseverance and a positive attitude.
Understanding the needs of every child, and using different teaching techniques to facilitate their adaption to the environment makes it very rewarding.
This creates a desire to know more and it is this environment of hope and optimism in the children that makes growing up beautiful.
